Besse Barbershop

In the heart of the California Heights neighborhood, Gerald Besse runs a mobile barbershop. Beneath the shade of the trees, customers gather to wait, chat, and soak in the atmosphere. Gerald is celebrated not only for his legendary cuts, but also for his effervescent personality and sharp fashion sense. Whether you’re a longtime client, a neighbor, or just passing by, he greets everyone with a radiant smile and a genuine compliment. His truck is always spotless, and he works in a carefully curated outfit, complete with his latest handmade, rhinestoned apron.

With most of his business coming through word of mouth, Gerald was ready to elevate his brand with professional business cards that captured his signature style. For this personal project, I aimed to design a brand that reflected the high-end, unforgettable, luxury feel of his services while helping him stand out in the community. I created a logo suite, patterns, and business cards that bring that vision to life.
